TUTORING TERMS OF SERVICE โ Tutor Corner LLC

1. SERVICES Tutor Corner LLC provides online tutoring services conducted through video conferencing, interactive whiteboards, and other digital tools as deemed appropriate by the Tutor.
2. PACKAGES Tutoring packages are offered at discounted rates and must be paid in full at the time of scheduling. Tutor Corner LLC will maintain accurate records of remaining hours. Clients are also encouraged to track their own session hours.
3. FEES & PAYMENT Payment for each tutoring session is due in full prior to the start of the session. Invoices are sent upon scheduling and payment is due within 48 hours. Sessions not paid within 48 hours will be automatically cancelled after two courtesy notices via email, text, or phone.
4. CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY A minimum 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $25 No Show Fee.ย
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Clients must provide accurate information about their tutoring needs and academic goals, supply any necessary learning materials, and arrive punctual and prepared for each session.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS Tutor Corner LLC makes no guarantee of improved scores, grades, academic performance, or college admission outcomes. Results depend entirely on the student's effort, attendance, and individual ability. By booking services you explicitly acknowledge no outcome is guaranteed and waive any claim based on results.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tutor Corner LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages of any kind whatsoever arising from or related to tutoring services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, academic performance, test scores, college admission outcomes, technical difficulties during online sessions, internet connectivity issues, device failures, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. By booking any tutoring session you explicitly agree that Tutor Corner LLC's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid for the single session in dispute. You waive all other claims.ย
8. CONFIDENTIALITY All information shared by clients is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law. Clients agree to keep all proprietary Tutor Corner LLC materials confidential.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All tutoring materials, worksheets, and resources provided by Tutor Corner LLC are proprietary and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
10. TERMINATION Either party may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. Prepaid unused sessions are non-refundable upon client termination.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes arising from tutoring services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
12. GOVERNING LAW This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These terms constitute the entire understanding between Tutor Corner LLC and the client and supersede any prior agreements oral or written.
